With the city getting back on its feet, we decided to throw on our best duds and take a stroll uptown to see what's happening in one of the busier neighbourhoods in Toronto. Casually rocking the finest garments from The Real McCoy's, Barena and Paraboot, our latest editorial is all about comfort and getting some well needed fresh air!

If you've been with us for a while, you'll know that souvenir jackets don't come around too often. The latest one from our Japanese pals is a reversible tribute to the Philippines and features some of the cleanest embroidery we've seen this season. Paired up with laid back entries from Adsum, Sassafras and Birkenstock, a walk around the block never felt so good!

Levi's Vintage Collection and Battenwear both have a thing for multi pocketed shirts and this season, bold colours and prints are the focus. When you're out and about and the humidity keeps rising, you want the same comfort up top as you do  for your legs! With fabrics light enough to dance in the wind like a plastic bag, both the Peg Jean from Engineered Garments and the Luther GMD Nylon Short from Norse Projects are the perfect bottoms for this summer heat.

Rounding out the day, Barena Venezia and Beams Plus make for the perfect fit to kick back in. The looser shilouettes help keep you cool and the Paraboot Chambord classes up the whole look with comfort you wouldn't believe. Being uptown means that we have to stop at our favourite watering hole on the block. With some caffeine and food in hand, Schnayderman's, Carhartt W.I.P. and Nike go together like peas in a pod without a second thought!

With Fall/Winter 20 steadily approaching, we should all enjoy the last few months of heat and take our time to see our city in every way. Staying sharp, while being comfortable is a hard thing to do at 34 degrees but it's possible and we're here to show you how!
