Online orders are processed Monday-Friday between store hours, 10AM - 7PM. Please allow 24 hours for processing online orders placed during the weekday.
Upon initial receipt of the order an email confirmation will be sent once the item has shipped. Items are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX or DHL and will include full insurance coverage (theft or damage) and a tracking number. Orders can be fully insured by choosing the Route Insurance option upon checkout. Your order will be fully covered for loss.
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of initial receipt.
Please contact our online team with your request before returning the item. A return authorization number must be included in your return. All returned purchases will be either be issued a credit or exchange (minus the initial shipping charge), unfortunately no refunds.
All sale items are FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds). Items must be unworn and tags still attached. All footwear must have zero creasing or damage to the soles in order to be returned.

We have no control over if, and how much, you are charged for customs. lost & found unfortunately will not be responsible for any additional charges the destination country MAY impose on you. Due to the customs process delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.

Return shipping charges for orders outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, EMS, etc.). Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
