We decided to call a couple pals in for our latest spring/summer editorial! Taking a trip down by the waterfront, the cool breeze and bright sun perfectly captures the mood we’re all trying to feel right now. We couldn’t resist doubling up on Barena, so having Jen rock the linen based Bota Shirt was a no brainer. The Jupe by Jackie pants come in the perfect loose tapered fit and has their signature embroidered detailing floating throughout.
Moving from the sand and on to terra firma, S.K. Manor Hill and Tender seem to be right at home with the open water behind them. Truly laid back and not worried with fussy details, both brands are easy picks for staying light and comfortable in the Summer sun. With Jen in Stüssy shorts and Luke wearing some LVC denim, both of these leg focused entries work well with a wide variety of tops. A day out isn’t complete without your essential accoutrements and they both came prepared for the trip! DSPTCH and Patagonia make reliable and functional packs for every situation you might find yourself in.
Boats and fine leather goods might not seem like a match made in heaven but trust us, it is! Viberg and Alden make their dockside debut with some seasonally appropriate options you can slide right off. Luke is dressed casually in Corridor’s BBQ Plaid shirt and the Ruck Shorts from Carhartt W.I.P. for a fit ready for anything. The Submarine Jacket from Beams Plus is perfect for when the sun goes down and thanks to its nylon shell it can work in multiple seasons. While Jen is taking in the sights in Nigel Cabourn and Adsum, the contrast of her highlighter orange hip bag is the right amount of pop!
As the sun stays out longer and the heat continues to rise, we think we have enough fits to go around for everyone!
